Privacy notice

How Fivehaven Advisory handles information submitted through this website.

Contact details

For privacy enquiries, email hello@fivehaven.co.uk. Fivehaven Advisory is the trading name used on this website. The legal identity and registered contact address of the data controller should be confirmed and added before actively collecting client personal information.

Information we receive

When you contact us by email, we may receive your name, email address, organisation, message and any other information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and manage subsequent professional correspondence.

Lawful basis

We generally process enquiries on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to business communications, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Other processing may be required to meet legal obligations.

Hosting and service providers

This website is delivered using Cloudflare. Business email is provided through Google Workspace. These providers may process technical or correspondence data in providing their services, subject to their own terms and applicable data-protection arrangements.

Cookies and analytics

The initial website does not deliberately set marketing or analytics cookies, and no contact form is used. Cloudflare may process technical connection and security information when serving the website. If analytics or other integrations are introduced, this notice should be updated and any necessary consent controls added.

Retention and your rights

We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business relationship or legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data, or raise other data-protection questions, by emailing us. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Launch action: This is a starter notice, not legal advice. Confirm the controller’s legal identity, address, retention policy and actual processing arrangements before treating it as final.
